Major Health Partners (MHP) operates dedicated OnSite Solutions clinics specifically designed to provide free or low-cost healthcare to qualifying employees and dependents of the South Central Indiana School Trust.
Qualifying insured employees and their dependents can use the OnSiteSolutions clinics to receive the same services you would expect at a standard primary care doctor’s office, including:

The South Central Indiana School Trust (SCIST) offers its members access to personalized, cost-effective healthcare through partner clinics, including those managed by Marathon Health.
These dedicated facilities provide employees, retirees and dependents enrolled in the plan with advanced primary care, health coaching, and mental health support.
Marathon Health operates multiple physical clinics in and around Indiana to serve its network members. Plan members can typically access the following at little to no out-of-pocket cost if enrolled in the SCIST insurance plan.
Services
- Advanced Primary Care: Routine Physicals, Preventative Screenings, and Same-Day or Next-Day Sick Visits.
- Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing support for diabetes, hypertension, and other long-term health issues.
